I've been fun of Notion, Anthropic and Perplexity for some time. Claude Cowork allows to develop, customize and apply legal plugins. Perplexity helps with the research. Notion is my favourite app for daily operational job of managing team, tracing contracts, running controls and making Wikis.

Founded and ran a volunteer initiative focused on socialization and psychological support of adolescents in psychiatric care without organic brain impairment. Designed and built integrated contract lifecycle management system combining Notion, DocuSign, Google Drive, and Zapier for rapid contract location and audit trails. From 2021 to 2026, I had the opportunity to build the entire legal function for Eqvilent, a quantitative algorithmic trading firm in Dubai. This involved establishing the legal framework for a company managing between $500M and $2B AUM across nine jurisdictions and 14 entities.
My work included managing regulatory licensing, such as MiFID II, SEBI, and US radio transmission, and overseeing corporate governance for both regulated and non-regulated entities. I also led the review of over 5,000 contracts, including M&A and complex transactional work.
A key part of this role was designing and implementing contract lifecycle management and Legal OS infrastructure.

From 2021 to 2023, I served as Deputy Chairman of the Liquidation Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Nordea Bank Russia in Moscow City. This was an independent advisory role, managing the voluntary liquidation of Nordea's Russian banking subsidiary.
The exit was legally and politically complex, especially with Western banks facing pressure to withdraw from Russia. I secured Central Bank of Russia clearance for both regulated appointments and successfully completed the liquidation process.
During this time, I also published thought leadership that established market authority on the mechanics of Western bank exits.
