I'm positioning my company by integrating AI into products, operations, customer, and employee engagement. We help others implement AI effectively.
Yep. Yeah. Yeah. Sure. So I think number one, if if you're a company, you're a start up, regardless whether you're in or not, there are four areas you need to look at.
You need to look at your products. You need to add some form of AI to your products. You need to look at your operations. How do you amplify and accelerate and optimize your operations with AI? You're looking at yours your engagement with your customer.
You know, how is AI embedded in that, and finally, engagement with your employees. So there's some great products like Heaperly and others that are making making you know, enable you to connect with your employees using AI. I think the the second piece is that the the service that I I found a gap in the Right? And the gap is this. Many companies wanna do these four things, but they don't know how.
Right? So we, you know, partnering with a guy called Sharan, Sashi here in Malaysia. You know, we kinda work together and see how do we go to companies and help them do AI, find their operations, their products, their employee engagement, or their customer action. Right? So that's one.
I think the second piece is if you're an AI company, you need to find a a business market, you know, kinda mix and a a product market mix, right, that works for you. Because a lot of AI companies are merging, but it's all a lot of boom, boom, boom, boom, You know, how is it fitting in the market and how is it gonna accelerate the company? Or how are gonna help a company? What problem are you solving? Right?
We we you know, play it as a fact. Say, oh, I wanna do music and this and that, but, you know, ultimately, it goes back to enterprise. Are you solving a problem for an enterprise? Are you solving a problem for an individual? Are you solving a problem for an organization?
Are you solving a problem for a community? And if you can base it on this AI use AI to solve these problems, then you have a AI product. Great. You'll be very successful. It goes back to the fundamentals.
You need to solve a problem. Right?
