Evaluate conversational AI outputs for quality, safety, empathy, scope control, and user comprehension. Translate clinical communication patterns into human-in-the-loop feedback for safer AI system behavior.
Practice Intuition began as a training philosophy as a biomechanics specialist & movement coach. Augmented by design language and human behavior, it evolved into an integrative framework at the intersection of the product development lifecycle & the human systems feedback loop. With a coherent and unified language, we can implement critical and factored systems.
Independently building a holistic coaching app - cognitive, biomechanical, behavioral systems integration. Through understanding the human experience as a set of control systems, I help individuals regulate, train, and express themselves.
Learning is Unobstructed Self Expression.

Designed and executed think-aloud usability studies evaluating mobile product discovery, conversion friction, purchase drivers, and retention levers. Identified 5 high-severity usability issues impacting 80% of test participants and developed psychographic segmentation model connecting cognitive traits, identity-based values, behavioral variables, and personas.
Clinical Roleplay Simulator & Communication Solution
-- 0-to-1 Product Development: owned full product lifecycle from concept validation to shipped prototype: identified gap in market, designed lo-fi prototype (GPT-4o), conducted feasibility testing, delivered MVP
-- Architected modular, extensible conversational UI system integrating LLM-based agents, retrieval-augmented generation, & multimodal interaction capabilities (ASR, STT/TTS, video avatars)
-- Developed prompt engineering framework generating contextually grounded clinical scenarios and dynamic patient personas: fine-tuned the adaptive dialogue changes, turn-taking logic, context window
-- Designed psychologically grounded patient-personas encoding behavioral traits, cognitive patterns, and decision-making frameworks that AI agents replicate through state-based architecture
-- Constructed evaluative feedback for medical professionals and clinicians to develop patient-centered communication skills, including motivational interviewing protocols while maintaining clinical competency

EMT and BLS in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic)
Jan 2021 — Jan 2021
NSC's program is the longest running EMT program in Washington state (30+ years) and provides excellent training for a career as an EMT. 99% of NSC graduates have passed the Washington state and NREMT examinations in the last 7 years. The program includes 193 hours of lectures and hands-on practice, which is 40 more hours than necessary for Washington state. The program also required applicants to pass an advanced first aid test prior to acceptance into the program.

Three runners offer our opinions and voices to the current world of running, and try and do so in a semi-professional and mostly casual setting. This started due to our involvement with the YouTube running community and in third-party runner group chats / forums. Now, it has become a passion project and we record one weekly episode and try and feature guests who have different running backgrounds to hear their perspective and have more insight into how other runners lead their athletic lives.

Praxik Augmented Reality
Please refer to the experience section to see our presentation.
Over the course of 11 weeks, we were presented with a specific client who desired to incorporate augmented reality as part of the experience they offered. While going through an iterative design process, the team designed visuals and developed a functional app for an augmented reality experience. We also created a mobile experience that included image recognition to create a scavenger hunt experience. The program was designed in Adobe XD, and developed in Xcode using Swift. The team also conducted research about augmented reality, and was deeply immersed in user experience research and observations.
