Not people who simply use AI, but people who build with it. It doesn't matter whether you've created an internal workflow, a side project, an automation, or a product - what matters is the builder mindset.

We value people who are curious, experiment with new tools, and aren't afraid to learn by doing. Just as importantly, we want people who can clearly explain what they built, why they built it, and the thinking behind their decisions.
