Our first commercial application is organisational coherence: whether signals, decisions, authority and action remain connected as organisations deploy AI, change their operating model, restructure, integrate or grow.
The Qualitative Coherence Indicator (QCI) is our structured qualitative instrument. A Coherence Audit combines it with qualitative research and operating-model analysis to reveal where coherence is breaking down and where intervention is most likely to matter.
Coherence OS is the proprietary system we are deploying to turn that evidence into an ongoing organisational capability: connecting approved signals, decisions, authority, action, outcomes and learning.
