I build products and lead product and engineering teams. My work spans consumer experiences, developer platforms, subscriptions, and monetization—from founding startups to leading teams at Amazon and Flipkart. My roots are in hardware and programming, starting at eight. I shipped my first enterprise software at 16, won competitive programming contests, and competed in TopCoder Division 1. I loved OS/2 Warp and still think it was ahead of its time. I still code, tinker with systems, and build products - most recently using AI extensively in development and exploring what it makes possible for customers. I’ve led product management teams since 2009, including managing managers and leading a 50+ person product and engineering organization. I enjoy the difficult decisions where customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities pull in different directions, and helping teams find a path they can commit to. Along the way, I founded both enterprise and consumer startups, working directly with customers from the first product ideas through launch and growth. That experience continues to shape how I make decisions: understand the problem, get close to the technology, and take responsibility for the outcome.
