Over 12 years, I've taken digital and platform products from 0→1 through to live service, across insurance, payments, fintech, telecom, and regulated infrastructure. I don't hand off at launch. → Delivery leadership - sprint planning, release planning, risk and dependency management across multiple Agile teams and distributed programmes, with a track record of improving delivery predictability (up to 25%) and sprint readiness (up to 15%). → People leadership - I've line-managed and coached teams on story writing, prioritisation and ways of working, building high-trust, high-performing cultures. → Data-informed decision-making - behavioural analytics, A/B testing, and test-and-learn experimentation to drive adoption, retention and conversion, and to reduce delivery risk. Recent work: leading a £5–10M digital transformation programme for a regulated UK infrastructure business; a large-scale cloud migration and microservices decomposition for an enterprise telecom platform; and building a payments/BNPL and greenfield insurance platform from zero to launch in Southeast Asia.
