At BlackBerry, I led requirements gathering and managed the design and development of the flagship Android app for a mobile device launch. By performing competitive analyses, I created potential pricing models and steered the 2019 roadmap for the company's Android Apps. I also created 5 internal beta surveys to inform 9 improvements to existing and upcoming features. I took initiative in three areas - one of which gained visibility at the VP level. Firstly, I took on the role of a visual designer to explore and create an interactive UX/UI for two new security application features. In terms of workflow improvements, I introduced Agile Development practices and Invision to improve estimation and software quality while reducing turnaround time. Lastly, I initiated an investigation of Key2 camera performance and usability to form recommendations and establish a qualitative evaluation procedure.

At Symbility, I supported Senior Product Managers in an agency environment on FinTech and InsureTech projects by ensuring action item delivery, guarding development teams against client initiated scope creep, developing information architectures, and writing SOWs.
