Leading 18 developers across 3 teams (Denver, Chennai, Bangalore) on the Spectrum Community Solutions portal. Charter's B2B platform serving property managers who oversee hundreds of properties and thousands of units.
Key work:
- Redesigned portal architecture from per-property credentials (customers managing 200 separate logins) to a unified multi-property access system with hierarchical user permissions.
- Built AI-assisted code review pipeline using spec-based automated reviews (leveraging Amazon Q), cutting the onshore review bottleneck for 14 offshore developers and enabling teams to self-serve on style, convention, and logic checks.
- Still hands-on: personally architect complex features including a cross-team API interceptor that dynamically enriched other teams' APIs with data while requiring zero changes to other teams' codebases.
Promoted to EM after being promoted from SWE to Sr SWE in my first year. Two significant promotions in 2 years.

Co-founded a drone detection and monitoring platform for correctional facilities. Owned the full product pipeline: product vision, UX design, front-end development, customer research, sales, and go-to-market.
- Conducted 100+ stakeholder interviews with corrections officials across multiple states to validate product-market fit and refine requirements
- Invited speaker at the Tennessee Correctional Association's 2019 annual convention on drone threats and detection technology
- Built multi-tenant web application with 3-tier access controls and customer-specific subdomains
- Navigated the full complexity of government sales cycles — appropriations, legislative approval, competitive bidding, multi-stage procurement — gaining an understanding of enterprise distribution challenges
- Learned the hardest startup lesson firsthand: strong product-market signal doesn't close deals when the distribution channel is structurally broken
Co-founded a two-sided marketplace connecting grocery shoppers with stores looking to reduce food waste (~$2,000/day per store in spoilage).
- Led customer research with shoppers and store managers — conducted interviews, built wireframes, iterated on prototypes based on user feedback
- Built mobile apps and web portal for both consumer and B2B sides of the marketplace
- Ran targeted user testing for the consumer app; created and mailed promotional materials to grocery executives nationwide for B2B outreach
- Secured calls with CMOs and CTOs at regional grocery chains to validate store-side requirements for data, reporting, and integration
