WithO is an onchain social trading platform in development, bringing together market discovery, community insights, discretionary trading and AI-powered strategy tools. WithU is its companion investing and trading agent, designed to help users research opportunities, build portfolios, execute trades and monitor markets through voice or text. The products are being developed around shared trading infrastructure, targeting crypto, onchain equities and commodities across ecosystems including Hyperliquid and Solana. My advisory work includes: • Product strategy and architecture: Define user journeys, product requirements and the workflows connecting research, portfolio management and execution. • Engineering collaboration: Translate concepts into specifications and interactive prototypes, assess integration requirements and prioritize development. • AI performance and reliability: Shape requirements for conversational intelligence, response latency, accurate trade interpretation and user-controlled trading permissions. • Operational execution: Establish clear ownership, delivery milestones and acceptance criteria, aligning scope and resources with launch priorities. • Commercial strategy: Advise on positioning, onboarding and go-to-market planning to make complex trading capabilities accessible and intuitive.

AI customer-support platform that resolves customer issues, takes approved actions within customer accounts, and identifies relevant upgrade opportunities within the same conversation. • Advise the founder on positioning, pricing, customer segmentation, go-to-market strategy, and the commercial model. • Develop strategic partnerships and distribution opportunities across technology platforms, online communities, agencies, and adjacent service providers. • Support the company’s first funding round through narrative development, investor materials, investor targeting, outreach strategy, meeting preparation, diligence, and follow-up. • Bring the perspective of an early customer, translating live implementation experience into product priorities, onboarding improvements, and commercial proof points. • Help position customer support as a revenue-generating function rather than solely a cost center.

Built and operated an integrated digital investment platform for an SEC-registered investment adviser serving several thousand clients with a team of 45. Directed operating systems and processes across client service, portfolio oversight, and risk management. Led an orderly wind-down when customer-acquisition economics did not support further scale, transitioning every client to Gemini and preserving remaining capital.
