Worked on four aerospace and defence M&A mandates across EMEA and North America, managing buy-side and sell-side processes. Coordinated buyer diligence, prepared transaction materials including teasers and CIMs, and built valuation analyses using DCF, trading comparables and precedent transactions. Developed an LLM-assisted workflow that reduced weekly M&A report compilation time from 2 hours to 45 minutes.

Screened 20+ acquisition candidates across the UK and France for a food-robotics startup, narrowing targets to six for diligence. Prepared investment-committee memos on shortlisted targets with three-statement, DCF, LBO and sensitivity analysis. Analysed portfolio-company staffing costs and identified margin opportunities from aligning labour intensity with demand.

Developed a screening framework for 30+ North American BNPL companies, normalising inconsistent public disclosures into comparable fields. Analysed M&A strategies and outcomes across 20 technology companies and presented recurring strategic patterns to VP of Corporate Development.

Built and tested a random-forest machine learning model on macroeconomic and market data to analyse price movements across 10+ sector ETFs.
