As the Supply Chain, Logistics, & Inventory Analyst at Margo Garden Products, I manage vendor EDI orders across multiple platforms, including Home Depot, Walmart, and Lowes. This involves processing orders efficiently through Commerce Hub software and coordinating logistics, including Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipments, to ensure timely delivery. Additionally, I conduct inventory analysis, cost assessment, and product catalogue management across various marketplaces. Proficiency in Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and Netsuite Oracle is crucial for effective data management. My role also includes completing various projects to support sales, marketing, and production efforts. I focus a lot on workflow in this position, managing the entire process from the time an order comes into our system to getting it out on the floor for the warehouse team to process. This includes preparing the order for either loading on a truck or processing as a parcel shipment. I create ways to process orders faster by adding workflow processes to help speed up shipping, packaging, label printing, and all related tasks.

Owner / Operator of Wise Men Trading, an e-commerce resale and private-label business selling on Amazon and eBay. We specialized in buying overstock and open-box returns by the truckload through liquidation contracts and reselling them online. Handled the full operation end-to-end including product sourcing, negotiations, inbound freight, warehouse organization, listing creation, pricing, fulfillment (FBA + merchant fulfilled), customer service, and returns management. We also tested imported products and scaled winners by branding/white-labeling them for Amazon. Operated from our own warehouse and averaged $25k–$50k/month in sales.
