About Agentio

Agentio enables marketers to buy creator led ads as easily and scalably as Meta or Google ads—automating sourcing, pricing, contracting, delivery, and measurement—so work that took months now happens in minutes.

We're on a mission to transform a $800B digital ad ecosystem by shifting digital ad spend into the hands of creators. That means better outcomes for marketers and enabling creators to live off their work—finally being paid in proportion to the value they create. That shift is accelerating: Unilever's CEO has said the company will move roughly half of its ad budget into social and creators—Unilever is among the world's largest advertisers, spending around $9–10B annually. As these dollars move, they need performance-grade pipes; Agentio is how those dollars flow to creators with the speed, control, and measurement marketers expect. We enable brands like Uber, DoorDash, and Bombas to run creator campaigns with the same rigor, control, and accountability as their core performance channels.

Our AI-Native platform enables real-time content understanding at scale, simultaneous reasoning across hundreds of thousands of pieces of content, and intelligent allocation of multi-million dollar budgets. Our models apply more cross-platform performance signal than anyone else in the world, compounding with every campaign through a high-trust marketplace with accelerating network effects. The result is a flywheel: brands get the performance they've been chasing, creators get the intelligence and income they deserve, and Agentio becomes the infrastructure powering a generational shift in where media dollars flow.

The market agrees. Agentio has raised $56M at a $340M valuation, including a Series B led by Forerunner that followed our Series A within a calendar year. Backed by Benchmark, Craft, and AlleyCorp. Named to Forbes' Next Billion Dollar Startups, 2025. Named to Inc.'s Best Places to Work 2026, one of 10 companies nationally recognized in the "On the Rise: 0–4 Years in Business" category.

An $800B market. A once-in-a-generation technology shift. This is the moment. This is the team. Come build something generational with us.

The Role

As we take the company into its next phase of growth, we need someone to own how our NYC office runs day to day. You'll own the operations inside the office, from facilities and vendors to IT setup for new hires, and you'll execute the moments that make Agentio feel like Agentio: onboarding days, team events, offsites, and the small rituals in between. You'll report to the VP of Finance & Operations and partner directly with the People team and functional leads, who set the direction on culture and policy, and you'll be the person who turns that direction into things that actually happen.

This is a build role, not a maintain role. There's no playbook before you. You'll create the standards, systems, and routines that let the office scale from where we are today to the next phase of headcount.

What You'll Do

Run the office

• Own day-to-day operations of our NYC office: facilities, security and access, supplies, mail and deliveries, and the relationship with our landlord and building management

• Set the operational standards and playbooks for how the office runs, so they hold up as we grow

• Plan and execute space changes, from desk reconfigurations to expansion and relocation, using headcount and utilization data to inform what we need

Execute our cultural moments

• Partner with the People team and functional leads to bring team events, offsites, all-hands, and celebrations to life, from planning and vendors through day-of execution

• Run the daily experience of the office: food and beverage, snacks, the kitchen, and the spaces people work and gather in

• Write clear workplace communications so people know what's happening, what's changing, and who to ask

• Gather feedback on the workplace and turn it into improvements

IT and onboarding

• Own the office side of new-hire onboarding, working with People Ops on seating, equipment, badges, and access so every new hire's first day just works

• Provision, track, and manage laptops, peripherals, and office hardware, and act as the first line of support for workplace IT (Wi-Fi, conference rooms, printers, AV)

• Administer workplace tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, , and building access systems

Vendors and budget

• Research, evaluate, and recommend vendors (catering, cleaning, supplies, IT hardware, maintenance, security), negotiate terms, and manage contracts and renewals

• Manage the workplace budget in partnership with Finance, including forecasting, tracking spend, and reporting on it

Compliance and risk

• Make sure the office meets health, safety, and building compliance requirements

• Build and maintain emergency preparedness and business continuity plans for the office

No Job Too Small

You'll manage the workplace budget, and you'll also stock the snacks and load the dishwasher. You'll own the relationship with our landlord, and you'll also answer the phone every time a delivery person needs to be let up. You'll negotiate with our vendors, and you'll also be the one who fixes the printer.

In an office our size, the person running operations is also the person keeping the lights on. If that sounds like a feature, not a bug, you'll love it here.

About You

You figure it out. There's no IT person to ask and no one before you to show you how it's done. You do the research, make the plan, get the buy-in, and execute. You bring a hospitality-first mindset to the office and the operational rigor to back it up.

• 2+ years in office management, workplace operations, facilities, or event planning, ideally at a fast-growing tech company

• You've built something from scratch, whether a process, a program, or a system that didn't exist before you, rather than only maintaining what you inherited

• Comfort with technology: you can set up a laptop, troubleshoot the conference room, and learn a new admin console without being walked through it

• Fluent with AI tools and eager to use them to work faster and cover more ground

• Experience managing a budget or negotiating with vendors is a plus; a track record of keeping a lot of moving parts on schedule is required

• Strong judgment and comfort making decisions with incomplete information

• Excellent communication, and the ability to build alignment across leaders and teams

• A high bar for follow-through and attention to detail

• Comfort with ambiguity and a changing office footprint

• Experience with workplace and IT tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Okta, Brivo or similar) is a plus
