Associate Technical Consultant

Position Overview

DataRobot is seeking a technically minded Associate Technical Consultant to help clients implement solutions, troubleshoot issues, and translate business needs into effective technical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support technical consulting and client implementation projects
• Gather requirements and understand customer needs
• Assist with configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with technical and client-facing teams
• Prepare technical documentation and project updates
• Help identify solutions to customer challenges
• Participate in client meetings and project discussions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of software, data, or cloud technologies
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Comfortable learning new technical tools and platforms
• Consulting or technical support experience is a plus
