The Opportunity

This is not a passive, order-taking SDR role. You will be the first point of contact for new prospects at Bidgely, owning top-of-funnel execution from outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up to event-based pipeline generation. You will work directly with the Sales and Marketing teams to drive consistent, high-quality pipeline that supports Bidgely's revenue goals.

If you are hungry, organized, and wired for ownership, this role offers real career growth into an Account Executive or team lead position within a fast-scaling AI company.

What You Will Do

• Act as the first point of contact for new Bidgely prospects, owning inbound and outbound outreach with a true hunter mindset.
• Execute disciplined, timely follow-up on Marketing Qualified Leads, inbound inquiries, and website traffic, clearly articulating Bidgely's value proposition.
• Drive outbound prospecting into target accounts, identifying and engaging key stakeholders, and closing for high-quality discovery meetings with the account team.
• Own event pipeline execution including pre-event outreach, at-event meeting booking, and structured post-event follow-up to maximize pipeline impact.
• Maintain accurate activity tracking, lead stage management, and data hygiene in Salesforce and prospecting tools such as Salesloft.
• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Bidgely's solutions, market landscape, and competitive positioning.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team quota targets through grit, accountability, and execution excellence.

• You are on pace to hit quota and demonstrating the grit and ownership needed to thrive here.

At 12 months:

• You are a trusted, high-integrity representative of the Bidgely brand.
• You have built deep product and industry knowledge and engage prospects with credibility and curiosity.
• You are on a clear path toward an Account Executive or team lead role.

What We Are Looking For

Required:

• 6 months to 2 years of SDR or BDR experience in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
• A hunter mindset with strong personal accountability and execution discipline.

• Background in a startup or high-growth SaaS company.
• Familiarity with the energy, utility, or cleantech space.

What Sets You Apart

• You do not just work hard. You manage complexity exceptionally well, tracking follow-ups without being prompted and prioritizing the right actions even when inputs are incomplete.
• You have sound judgment. You know when to push, when to pause, and how to navigate unclear ownership without losing momentum.
• You are self-aware. You can honestly reflect on what did not work, show how you course-corrected, and ask thoughtful questions about expectations.
• You thrive in ambiguity and turn unclear situations into clear action.
