We're modernizing the $100B+ travel industry with AI woven through every part of the advisor's workflow, plus global supplier relationships, personalized training, and a vibrant community, all in one place. That's what lets advisors build businesses that scale, while their taste and service create trips no algorithm alone could plan. At the heart of it all is our mission: to help the next generation of travel entrepreneurs turn their love for travel into a fulfilling career, whether full-time or part-time.

We're mission-driven and obsessed with our customers, and we believe humans and AI are both essential: the best work here comes from people and technology at their best, together. That's not just a philosophy about our product, it's how we build our team. Everyone at Fora gets hands-on with frontier AI tooling as part of the job. At Fora, you'll learn to be AI-fluent, with real experience applying AI to solve problems day to day, wherever you sit in the company.

Founded in 2021, Fora has grown to a team of 250+ full-time employees based in downtown New York City. In 2026, we closed a $60 million Series D led by Forerunner and Tactile Ventures, with continued backing from Thrive Capital, Insight Partners, and Heartcore Capital. We've been named a LinkedIn Top Startup (2024), one of Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies (2023 and 2025), and one of TIME's 100 Most Influential Companies (2026).

About The Role

Fora is looking for a Revenue Operations & Enablement Lead to drive commercial impact across revenue operations, sales operations and enablement. You will make the advisor sales team clear, consistent and well coached, and own how reps work from first outreach to closed advisor and ensure Reps will know what good looks like.

This role expands Sales Operations beyond CRM support into ownership of how the sales motion runs day to day: stage rules, handoffs, cadence, onboarding, coaching, comp and performance reporting. You’ll connect qualification, qualification, routing, CRM architecture, revenue intelligence, and enablement working as one system working closely.

You will work with the sales team & leadership every day, and with GTM Operations on systems. You will diagnose why leads and deals stall, fix the pattern rather than the one-off, and decide when the right fix is process, enablement, tooling or automation.

What You'll Drive

• Sales process and cadence: Own the stage rules, entry and exit criteria, BDR-to-AE handoffs and SLAs. Run the weekly pipeline and performance review and hold reps and managers to the standards. Find where leads and deals stall and fix the pattern, not the one-off.
• Onboarding and enablement: Build and run the 30/60/90 ramp for new reps, including the training plan for new BDRs. Own the playbooks, talk tracks, objection handling and battlecards, and keep them current as the market and product change.
• Sales tools and data: Keep HubSpot routing, workflows and reporting clean and easy to use. Work with BDRs and managers to identify gaps, improve processes, and turn changes into practical training and coaching. Build and fix workflows hands-on, partnering with GTM Operations on architecture and integrations.
• Performance reporting and forecasting: Build visibility into funnel health (conversion, velocity, drop-off) and into activity, pipeline coverage, attainment and ramp by rep and cohort. Give leadership a forecast they trust and reps dashboards they use. Turn the insights into experiments and fixes. Work with Data and GTM Operations on lead scoring, attribution and acquisition cost.
• Continuous improvement: Test sequences, messaging and process changes, measure the results and scale what works. Drive improvement projects end to end, from problem definition to adoption, with clear milestones and risks.
• Coaching and continuous improvement: Use call reviews, Airspeed scorecards and performance data to identify gaps, work with BDRs and managers to refine processes, and turn learnings into ongoing coaching and training.
• Partner collaboration: Work with external agencies and CRM partners on specialist projects and implementation, helping define requirements and ensure delivery aligns with Fora's processes and priorities

What We're Looking For

• 5–7+ years in sales operations, sales enablement, revenue operations, business operations or commercial consulting, working alongside a BDR/AE sales team.
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, qualification, routing, conversion, pipeline management, and commercial workflows.
• Track record driving multiple concurrent projects across teams, with strong follow-through.
• Strong CRM skills, HubSpot preferred: you can build workflows, routing rules and reports, and clean up messy data. This is not an admin role.
• Comfort with sales engagement and call-intelligence tools. You will build and iterate the Airspeed scorecards.
• Analytical fluency: Sheets or Excel required, SQL or BI a plus. You can diagnose a funnel and size the fix.
• Credibility with reps and managers: you can facilitate, teach and say no to exceptions without losing trust.
• A record of building onboarding or coaching programs that measurably improved ramp time, conversion or attainment.
• Experience designing, administering or modeling comp plans and quota models.
• Ability to work effectively across Sales, GTM, Product, Product Ops, Engineering, Data, and external partners.

Strongly Preferred

• Consulting or business operations background with a diagnostic approach
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and GTM tools such as Clay or Hightouch
• Previous experience in a marketplace or two-sided motion environment
• Background in a high-growth startup or venture-backed company
