Role description
Account Executive
DideroAt Didero, we’re building the autonomous supply chain, starting with agentic supplier management.
Global trade has never been more complex or more critical. Teams are underwater, reacting to a flood of challenges — from geopolitical risk to tariffs. Didero helps by automating time-intensive workflows with AI agents, deploying cutting-edge technology into one of the world’s most vital domains.
We’re backed by some of the world’s best venture funds and leading figures across AI, supply chain, and enterprise software.
About the role
We’re hiring Account Executives (all levels) to take Didero from Series A to Series C and beyond. This is not a “sit and wait for inbound” role - we are looking for radical ownership and entrepreneurialism. You will create pipeline, run complex multi-threaded cycles, and close six-figure ARR with operators (COO/VP Supply Chain/Procurement) in manufacturing & distribution. You’ll partner closely with our founders, product and engineering teams.
What You’ll Do
Own the full cycle: prospect, discovery, value case, pilots, legal/infosec, close, expand
Create pipeline: run targeted outbound into named accounts; expect 40-60% self-sourced
Sell on value: quantify labor saved, expedite cost avoided, inventory/stockout risk, working capital impact - build CFO-tight ROI
Multi-thread across Procurement, Ops, IT, Finance; build mutual close plans and control the evaluation
Run a crisp process with excellent CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy
Collaborate: give feedback to Product/Eng; help create enablement assets, case studies, talk tracks
Expand accounts: land a use case and widen to adjacent workflows as product surface area expands
You’ll be successful in this role if you…
Are a hunter with grit: you’ve built pipeline from zero and closed 10+ six-figure, multi-stakeholder SaaS deals
Are a clear, direct communicator with exec presence; you can walk into a plant, talk shop with a COO, and ask for the order
Can translate messy processes into simple before/after narratives and an ROI the CFO signs off on
Are resourceful and don’t expect a built our sales org, process or perfect product: you create your own materials when the perfect deck doesn’t exist (yet)
Are disciplined: next steps, dates, owners, mutual plans - always
Are team-first but accountable: you own the number and do what it takes to win
Qualifications
3-7 years as an AE carrying a quota and closing multi-stakeholder deals at fast-growing Series A to D startup(s) and selling into low-tech industries / functions
Proven ability to self-source and to run complex evaluations (security, legal, IT, finance)
Demonstrated value selling and business case creation; comfortable speaking to financial outcomes with senior executives
Strong process orientation and clean CRM habits
Willingness to travel regularly
Bonus Points For:
Experience selling into senior Procurement / Supply Chain buyers (COO/CPO/Head of Supply Chain/ VP Procurement).
Experience selling into manufacturing and/or wholesale distribution.
Working literacy in ERP (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Epicor, IFS etc.) and Procurement (Source-to-Pay)
