The role will serve as the escalation point for complex issues that extend beyond Tier 1/Tier 2 support and will partner closely with IT Security on identity, endpoint, access-management, and security initiatives.
A successful candidate will have demonstrated a balance of strong technical skills, good organization, project management and an ability to self-direct. Internal customer service and interfacing with RSAC stakeholders in a professional manner is a key requirement for this role.

Work comfortably with both internal technical teams and external providers.
Be self-directed and manage some level of ambiguity.
Collaborative mindset that looks for opportunities and will be proactive in establishing strategies.
Customer service oriented who enjoys working with the end user to solve problems.
