At Havenly Brands, we’re building this generation’s premier destination for all things home.  Alongside our award-winning Havenly design services, we proudly own and operate some of the best home furnishings brands in the business including Havenly, Interior Define, The Citizenry, Burrow, The Inside, St. Frank, and The Expert.  Our family of brands is growing and we’re looking for amazing people to join us on this journey!

Havenly is not just the #1 residential interior design service in America - we're architecting the future of how millions design their homes. With our proprietary 3D visualization technology, our worldwide network of designers empowered with AI tools, and our revolutionary customer-facing AI design assistant, we're at the inflection point of a massive market transformation. This is a rare opportunity to help build the category-defining business at the intersection of AI, design, and commerce.

Our Core Values

• Exhibit Gumption: meet every challenge with spirit and energy; believe the impossible is possible.
• Overperform: work hard, move fast, be scrappy.
• Stay Playful: no jerks, no whiners; have fun and keep perspective.
• Act Like an Owner: be accountable, speak up, act in Havenly's best interest.

About the Role

We're looking for a highly capable marketing operator to own the marketing strategy for a set of brands in our portfolio, plus a defined commercial priority within them.  Our marketing spans brand, growth, lifecycle, creative, retail, and trade, and this role connects the dots across those teams so the highest-impact work gets done.  Success here means getting close to the details, spotting the insight, making a clear recommendation, and acting quickly to move business metrics.

What You'll Own

• End-to-end marketing strategy for 1-4 brands in our portfolio, with direct ownership of some channels and partnership on others.
• A defined marketing priority within those brands, such as customer acquisition/performance marketing, retention and repeat purchase, cross-brand shopping/LTV, retail, or trade marketing, along with the metrics that show whether it's improving.
• The analysis behind it: channel performance, spend, funnel data, and campaign workflows, so you know what's working and what isn't.
• Marketing budget and ROI tracking in partnership with Finance and Analytics, connecting activity to business results.
• Clear, regular communication of findings and recommendations to marketing leadership, plus follow-through on what gets decided.

What You'll Drive

• Practical changes across brands and channels, from recommendation through implementation, alongside our Growth, Lifecycle, Brand, Creative, and Commercial teams.
• Structure for cross-functional marketing work: setting priorities, keeping decisions moving, and making sure launches and tests get out the door and are tracked through to results.
• Faster, smarter ways of working, including using AI and automation to cut manual effort and speed up learning.

We Are Looking for People Who

• Have 5+ years of hands-on experience in growth, marketing operations, commercial strategy, consulting, or a startup generalist role, including working with marketing performance data, budgets, and reporting tools (e.g., Looker, GA4, SQL, Excel/Sheets modeling).
• Understand how the pieces of a marketing engine fit together, from paid and lifecycle to brand and site experience, even if their deepest experience is in one or two areas.
• Approach ambiguous problems by figuring out what's broken and acting on it, not waiting to be told what's next.
• Move fast, take real ownership of outcomes, and hold themselves to a high bar.
• Collaborate well across teams, with a low-ego, no-drama approach to getting things done.

Bonus points if you also have experience with DTC or multi-brand ecommerce, retail or B2B/trade marketing, or early-stage startups.

At Havenly, we're building with AI as part of how we work. We're looking for people who are genuinely curious about AI-assisted tools and eager to adopt them; this is about openness, not existing expertise.
