The opportunity ahead
We’re looking for a Strategic Sales Executive to help drive growth across Spotnana’s Global and Enterprise segment. In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, build relationships with Fortune 1000 companies and their executive stakeholders, and create new business opportunities through both direct and partner-led sales motions. You’ll work closely with TMC partners and cross-functional teams across Spotnana to bring our Travel-as-a-Service platform to enterprise customers and help shape how we take our solution to market.

How you'll help us build

• Drive new enterprise customer acquisition by developing and executing strategic sales plans across target accounts and markets.
• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through executive presentations, product demonstrations, negotiation, and close.
• Build and manage a strong enterprise pipeline, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
• Develop trusted relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders at Fortune 1000 companies and understand their business, travel, and technology needs.
• Partner with TMCs and other channel partners to identify opportunities, co-sell, and expand Spotnana’s reach within the enterprise market.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Implementation, Marketing, Product, and Operations to deliver strong customer outcomes and continuously improve our enterprise go-to-market strategy.

Experience you bring

• 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, technology, travel, or a related industry, with a strong track record of enterprise sales success.
• Proven history of consistently exceeding quota and delivering new business revenue.
• Experience selling into Global and Enterprise accounts, including managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Experience working with channel partners, including co-selling or re-selling motions.
• Experience selling to or partnering with Travel Management Companies (TMCs) strongly preferred.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to build credibility and influence C-level stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and motivated to win, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

What to expect next
The interview process begins with an introductory conversation with our Talent Acquisition team, followed by conversations with Sales leadership and key cross-functional partners. Throughout the process, we’ll explore your experience driving enterprise growth, managing complex sales cycles, working with partners, and building strong customer relationships.
