Position Overview

Anyscale is seeking an accomplished Executive Vice President of Operations to lead and scale company-wide operations, improve organizational efficiency, and support continued growth in a fast-moving AI and technology environment.

This executive will work closely with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into scalable operating plans, strengthen cross-functional execution, and ensure the organization is positioned for sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s overall operational strategy.
• Lead and optimize business operations across key functions.
• Establish scalable processes, operating systems, and performance standards.
• Drive operational efficiency, resource planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and executive leadership to align company priorities.
• Establish operational KPIs and provide regular performance reporting to executive leadership.
• Identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support strategic planning, business expansion, and major company initiatives.
• Build and develop high-performing operational teams.
• Strengthen accountability and execution across the organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive operations and business leadership experience, including senior executive responsibility.
• Proven experience leading and scaling operations within a high-growth technology organization.
• Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud infrastructure, AI, or enterprise technology environments.
• Demonstrated success improving operational efficiency and building scalable business processes.
• Strong experience in strategic planning, organizational development, and cross-functional leadership.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working closely with executive leadership and managing complex organizational initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a strategic and results-driven operations executive who combines strong business judgment with hands-on leadership. They should be comfortable operating in a rapidly evolving AI technology environment and capable of building scalable operational systems that support long-term growth and execution.

Pay: $241,000.00 - $285,000.00 per year
