Senior Vice President

Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary and highly accomplished Senior Vice President (SVP) to join our executive leadership team. Reporting directly to the C suite (CEO/President), you will have full P&L accountability for major business divisions and play a critical role in shaping the company's long term global strategy and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Define and execute long term corporate strategies, holding full P&L ownership for assigned large scale business units or global regions.

Operational Excellence: Direct and oversee multiple departments (including VPs and Directors) to ensure operational synergy and absolute alignment with corporate goals.

Corporate Governance: Lead high stakes corporate initiatives, including major M&A activities, capital raising, strategic joint ventures, and key government/regulatory relations.

Executive Talent Cultivation: Drive organizational design, champion company culture, and mentor the next generation of top tier executive leaders.

Qualifications:

Experience: 15+ years of progressive professional experience, with at least 5–8 years in a VP level or equivalent executive leadership role managing large scale global operations.

Skills: Proven track record of managing multi million dollar budgets, stellar cross functional influence, top tier commercial negotiation, and exceptional crisis management.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required; an MBA from a top tier business school is highly preferred.

Pay: $350,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year
