Enterprise Business Development Representative

MaintainX is a leading mobile-first work execution platform for industrial and frontline teams. More than 15,000 customers, including McDonalds, Michaels, Cintas, Redimix, and U.S. LBM, use MaintainX to cut unplanned downtime and run better operations, across 16 million managed assets and 92 million completed work orders.

In August 2026 MaintainX became part of Autodesk, joining Autodesk Operations Solutions, the organization unifying Autodesk's operations platform alongside Tandem, FlexSim and Fusion Operations. Autodesk's strategy is to converge design, make and operate into one continuous lifecycle: design an asset, build it, run it, then feed what you learn running it back into the next design. Autodesk had design and make. Operate is the phase that tells you what actually happened, and it is ours.

The Role
As an Enterprise BDR at MaintainX, you will own a specific geographic territory and drive pipeline into some of our largest and most strategic accounts. You will partner closely with Regional Directors and Account Directors, operating inside a structured pod model where clarity of direction and disciplined execution matter. This is not a random list role: you will prospect with purpose, engage at the right level, and build meaningful pipeline in complex accounts.

• Own Enterprise territory coverage across your assigned region, balancing broad prospecting with deeper focus on strategic accounts selected in partnership with Account Directors

• Participate in bi-weekly 1:1s with Account Directors to align on priority accounts, intent signals, and outbound strategy

• Prospect using a thoughtful multi-channel approach via phone, email, and LinkedIn, with a focus on quality pipeline over shallow volume

• Engage Director and VP-level stakeholders in Maintenance, Operations, Reliability, and IT to surface operational challenges and align them to MaintainX's value

• Expand buying group coverage within accounts and support multi-threaded discovery when appropriate before opportunity creation

At 6 months, success looks like a clean, well-sourced Enterprise pipeline with verifiable KPIs and strong AD alignment. At 12 months, the best Enterprise BDRs on this team are on a clear path to a closing role.

You Have

• 1+ year of BDR experience; Enterprise exposure is a strong asset

• Comfort engaging Director-level and above stakeholders in complex, multi-threaded accounts

• Strong judgment on when to go deep on a strategic account versus when to rotate and prospect broadly

• A collaborative mindset: you see AE and AD partnership as a multiplier, not overhead

• Demonstrated follow-through: you own your pipeline and your numbers without being prompted

• Bachelor's degree required

Nice to have: experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or Nooks; prior B2B or SaaS sales experience

We Offer

• Competitive base and uncapped variable comp: commission is paid on both SQL attainment and closed won revenue, with no ceiling on either

• Real career trajectory: Enterprise BDRs who hit their numbers have a clear path to an Account Executive or Account Manager role. Most of our current AEs and AMs were promoted from inside, and the path typically happens between one and one and a half years

• Day-1 health, dental, and vision coverage

• Unlimited PTO, not a gimmick; we take it

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $87,500 and $96,500. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.

How We Work
This is a hybrid role — 4 days a week in the office is our standard, maintained as part of strong, consistent performance. We invest heavily in the people we hire: New Hire University, dedicated mentorship, and real sales training from day one. Enterprise pipeline is a major growth lever for MaintainX in 2026, and this team is critical to hitting our revenue goals. We are growing fast and looking for people who want to grow with us. Humility and disciplined execution matter here as much as hitting your number, and the results speak for themselves: most of our Account Executives and Account Managers started exactly where you are starting.

Our mission is to keep the physical world running. Factories, fleets, hospitals and campuses stay up because the people who maintain them have tools worth using. That is what we build.

Compensation and benefits. Base pay is one part of the package. Depending on the role, compensation may also include commission, an annual bonus and equity. Benefits differ by country. For roles in the United States, Autodesk’s benefits are described at benefits.autodesk.com. For roles in Canada and other countries, the plan differs on health coverage, retirement and leave, and your recruiter will walk you through it.

Belonging. We take pride in a culture where everyone can thrive. More at autodesk.com/company/global-belonging. More on where this is going: Autodesk CEO Andrew Anagnost on building the future of connected operations, and AOS SVP Stephen Hooper on welcoming MaintainX to Autodesk.
