As Director of Enterprise Sales, West, you'll be a hands-on frontline leader responsible for helping a team of Enterprise Account Executives win more, bigger and more complex deals. You'll spend much of your time close to the field - coaching sellers, inspecting and strategizing active opportunities, joining customer conversations, traveling to onsite meetings and helping AEs navigate complex enterprise buying organizations.
This role is ideal for a sales leader who gets energy from being in the details with their team. You'll help each AE sharpen their enterprise selling skills - from discovery and qualification to multi-threading, executive engagement, business-value articulation, negotiation and closing - while creating the accountability and day-to-day coaching required for consistent performance. You'll partner closely with the VP of Enterprise Sales, Americas, who owns the broader enterprise strategy and organizational direction.
Immerse yourself in our performance-driven, collaborative culture where we celebrate wins, learn from every deal and push each other to continuously raise the bar.
