Enterprise ABM Manager

About Nooks.ai:

Nooks is an applied AI lab building revenue agents that power some of the fastest growing companies in the world. We build AI agents that operate across the full revenue lifecycle, from account strategy to prospect research and outreach. Building 0→1 has never been easier, but selling at the speed of the market remains the last frontier for AI. Our mission is to 10x every seller by automating the busywork so they can focus on what humans do best: closing deals.

Today, over 2000 customers power their revenue growth using Nooks, including Notion, HubSpot, Cursor, and Rippling. We've raised over 70M USD from top VCs like Kleiner Perkins, and we have more than tripled ARR each year for 3 years running.

We're looking for an Enterprise ABM Manager to build the account-based programs that help Nooks win the largest companies in the market.

You'll own engagement across our top enterprise target accounts, working hand in hand with Enterprise Sales to understand each account, map its buying committee, and design the programs that open doors, multiply relationships across the account, and accelerate deals. Some accounts need a one-to-one program built around a single opportunity; others need a scaled play that reaches dozens of stakeholders at once. You'll know the difference.

We're looking for someone who thinks like a seller, plans like a strategist, and executes like an operator. You'll report to the Head of Field and Executive Marketing and partner closely with Enterprise Sales, our Executive Programs Manager, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Marketing Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Build the top account program

  • Design and run Nooks' ABM motion across our top enterprise target accounts, with tiered 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many plays

  • Partner with Enterprise Sales leadership on account selection, tiering, and quarterly account plans

  • Define the ABM playbook, operating rhythm, and success metrics so the program scales as the enterprise team grows

• Engage buying committees

  • Map buying committees with AEs and SDRs, and build personalized programs for champions, end users, and the director- and VP-level stakeholders who shape evaluations

  • Create account-specific experiences such as onsite workshops, team lunch-and-learns, and private demos

  • Run personalized gifting and direct mail for target accounts in partnership with Field Marketing

  • Leverage events run by the Executive Programs Manager for C-suite and senior-level engagement in your accounts

• Orchestrate multi-channel account plays

  • Partner with Growth Marketing on digital account activation

  • Work with Product Marketing and Content to build account- and industry-specific messaging, POVs, and assets

  • Pull customer advocates into target-account programs alongside Customer Success

• Accelerate pipeline

  • Run plays that move open enterprise opportunities forward, from first meeting through evaluation to close

  • Use intent data, engagement signals, and account research to tell Sales where to focus and when

• Measure what matters

  • Track account engagement, buying-committee coverage, meetings, pipeline created, and pipeline velocity across the accounts

  • Partner with Marketing Ops on attribution and account-level reporting

  • Share regular readouts with Sales and Marketing leadership and refine the program based on results

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in account-based marketing, field marketing, or enterprise demand generation at a B2B SaaS company

• A track record of building ABM programs that created and accelerated enterprise pipeline with large, complex buying committees

• Experience working side by side with Enterprise AEs and sales leaders on account plans and deal strategy

• Strong analytical skills and comfort turning account data into clear recommendations

• Credibility with sellers and the judgment to know which play fits which account and moment

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to run many personalized programs at once

• A creative builder who likes designing new plays, testing them, and scaling what works

Nice to have:

• Experience marketing to CROs, sales leaders, or RevOps leaders

• Experience running ABM pilots with a defined account list and a clear before-and-after measurement
