The Role
As our Senior Manager, Content & Communications, you own how Spekit tells its story. You'll take our positioning, customer insights and point of view and turn them into content and conversations that make Spekit the voice revenue and enablement leaders listen to.

You'll be the connective tissue between Product Marketing and Demand Generation. PMM brings the messaging, personas and market insight. You’ll turn that into narratives, thought leadership and campaign content. Demand Gen takes it to market. You'll also own our social presence and lay the foundation for PR and earned media.

This is a senior, hands-on IC role reporting to the head of Marketing. You will establish the overall strategy and quality standard, directly author high-impact pieces, and leverage AI tools to scale content production effectively. We're looking for someone with real editorial judgment who knows how to use AI to move faster without sounding like it.

What You'll Do

• Own Spekit's content strategy across the full buyer and customer journey, from first touch through adoption, advocacy and expansion, mapped to our personas and funnel stages
• Audit what we have, find the gaps, and build a content roadmap tied to our campaigns, launches and pipeline goals
• Turn positioning and audience insights from Product Marketing into compelling narratives, POVs and thought leadership that give buyers a reason to keep coming back
• Write and produce flagship assets like research reports, guides, ebooks, POV pieces, customer stories, video and podcasts, using AI to script, edit and scale production
• Set the quality bar for AI-assisted content: direct the tools, edit critically, and make sure everything we publish sounds human, on brand and worth reading. Balance SEO and AEO needs with content written for people
• Own social strategy and execution, our calendar, social listening and community engagement, and help build the LinkedIn presence of our CEO and leadership team
• Own PR and earned media as a secondary focus: bylines, podcasts, speaking opportunities, awards, media relationships, and comms plans for announcements and product launches
• Define how we use each channel, so we're intentional about when a message is an email, a social post, a blog or a press release
• Partner with Demand Gen on campaign content and with Product Marketing on launches, so every launch rolls up into a bigger story
• Partner with Customer Success to capture and tell customer stories, turning real outcomes into proof points across our content
• Own voice and tone, and act as a steward of our brand style guide, working with AI tools and agency partners to keep how we show up consistent across web, social, events and ads
• Manage agencies and freelancers, and measure what's working: engagement, organic and AI search visibility, share of voice, and content's influence on pipeline

What We're Looking For

• 7 to 10 years of experience in content marketing, communications or editorial roles at a B2B SaaS company, including owning content strategy
• A portfolio of thought leadership and storytelling you're proud of
• Some hands-on experience with PR and earned media, in-house or with an agency. It won't be your primary focus, but you'll own it
• Experience building social strategy and writing for executives
• Fluency with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, etc., paired with a sharp editorial eye
• Experience producing video and audio content, including using AI tools to script, edit and scale production
• A working understanding of SEO and AEO and how content drives discovery
• Experience managing agencies and freelancers and holding them to a high bar
• The ability to translate product and technical concepts into stories buyers care about
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup where the playbook is still being built
• Strong collaboration skills: you work well with PMM, Demand Gen, Sales and CS, and can push back with a point of view
• Familiarity with sales enablement, revenue teams, or the broader GTM space strongly preferred
• Experience with HubSpot, Webflow or similar tools is a plus
