Be hungry and willing to do any job, no matter how small. Adaptability is key to helping the team and advancing your career.
Hungry. I'll do whatever you want. I'm not above a job. Like, if you need me to go, you know, like, organize equipment, I don't care. I'll do it. And I was like, I think that, you know, I'm I'm gonna put in the effort to do whatever it is that you guys need me to do. I'm not just like, oh, I I am here to only film. If you guys need me to take a photo, I'll take a photo. Like, I don't really care. And I think that played to my advantage and they had told me the person who hired me had told me later that that was a huge reason why she wanted to push me through was I was willing to just do whatever it took to help the team. Like, not until, like, personal gain, it was like, yeah. Whatever you guys need, I will do. You know, I don't obviously, everyone wants to shoot LeBron James Duncan a basketball. Not everybody wants to, you know, organize equipment or do a photoshoot at a community event, whatever the thing is. Like, be willing and able to adapt, I think, is a big one. Mhmm. I think so too.

I'm back home right now, but I moved out to LA for school. I went to the early Marymount out there. And my first year, like, even before I had, like, a portfolio out, I was doing photography several years before then. Was a big decision while I moved out, and I was walking around with, like, a PDF. Like, if there is, like, some type of party we're in that was more so in the city and not more so in, like, the college scene, I'd come up to people to see if they had businesses, show it to them. To your point, let them know. It's like, yeah. I'll over myself over there. You know? I don't have a car right now, but, like, let's do some really cool work. And I think people appreciate you going the extra mile, like, and really appreciating them for even giving you the opportunity. You know? Yeah. Well, that's really a good segue. You talked about the importance of sales within creative. I think one question we did get was the ability to be able to sell yourself early on in your career. You touched on it a bit. And one thing that stood
