I would say so if I had a chance to meet my drinking self, and if I have one thing to say, then, just, you know, think about how drinking might affect your workout performance because, I've always loved working out, even when I was drinking. So, actually, you know, sometimes I would work out you know, do workouts harder because I thought that, you know, that's a way to get the alcohol out of the system. But, it does affect your, performance. Right? Like, when you're running or doing workouts, the day after drinking, it's just that, you know, your body is not the same in science, not the same. So, I think the biggest motivation would have been, think about how this might affect your performance when when you're working out or running.
