• Worked on Duo Network Gateway, a.k.a DNG, reverse proxy server to provide next-gen Zero-Trust protection for access to on-prem websites, web applications, and SSH servers. • Developed Golang virtual interface for SSH client to handle connection through NAT, enabling DNG to coexist with other applications such as VPN. • Integrated CoreDNS docker container custom plugin with redis client to production docker container group, enabling communication between DNG, SSH Client, Redis, and Duo Cloud for access management • Collaborated with UI designers to recreate the error page used in all Duo web-based product, which improved customer experience and reduced amount of customer support ticket • Engineered the extensive integration test to test new functionalities in DNG authorization flow, removing the need for manual testing and providing 5% more line coverage. • Refactored Duoconnect SSH client log system to include log per connection, and thus enabling persistent log tracking and separation of logs, enabling more efficient bug tracking and efficient support escalation handling.

I also led numerous pitches to different web developers that resulted in a confirmation of development price, and oversaw team management of Cranbrook Culture Book team.
