AI Recruiting Operations Consultant (In-Person, Los Angeles)

We’re a recruiting firm that wants to get more AI-forward. We’re looking for someone local who can sit with us in Los Angeles, look at how we work, and teach us how to automate it — not just build stuff for us and leave.

• Come meet us in Los Angeles a few times a week for the first 2–4 weeks (roughly 10 AM–1 PM)

• Shadow our recruiting workflows and call out what’s worth automating vs what should stay manual

• Strong opinions on AI workflows — practical and strategic, not tool-chasing for its own sake

• Build across multiple tools (and wire things up with MCPs) with us so we learn as we go

• Hands-on sessions, not lectures; patient teacher energy while we’re still leveling up

• Live in LA and can meet in person on a consulting basis

• Help us level up our recruiting operations: ATS hygiene, pipeline reporting, scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and the handoffs between sourcing, screening, and client updates.
