Research target accounts and build prospect lists using Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Outreach to identify high-potential opportunities for the SDR team
Support the SDR Manager in day-to-day execution, tracking outreach patterns and flagging emerging trends across the assigned territory
Participate in live sales calls, product demonstrations, and deal reviews to build product knowledge and develop an understanding of the full sales cycle
Assist with lead qualification and CRM hygiene in Salesforce, ensuring prospect records are accurate and up to date
Contribute to outbound prospecting campaigns by drafting and refining outreach messaging under SDR guidance
Collaborate with the Marketing team to support lead generation initiatives and event follow-up efforts
Complete a capstone project — a territory or market analysis — and present findings to the Sales Development leadership team at the close of the internship
