We are looking to expand our team of expert consultants with Structured Finance & Derivatives Attorneys for part-time, fully remote work supporting frontier AI research. Projects start at $125–200 USD / hour, and the bracket can be flexible depending on the task.
This role includes evaluating and pressure-testing leading AI models on expert-level structured finance and derivatives knowledge, creating and verifying graduate-level problems and worked solutions, and assessing whether AI-generated reasoning meets the standards of a trained structured finance and derivatives attorney.

Who We're Looking For
You are a practicing attorney with 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Asset-Backed Securities, RMBS & Residential Mortgage Finance, CMBS & Commercial Real Estate Securitization, CLOs & Corporate Structured Credit, Esoteric & Operating Asset Securitization, Warehouse, Repurchase & Structured Term Financing Facilities, Synthetic Risk Transfer & Credit Risk Transfer, Securitization Regulation, ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes & Confirmations, Repo & Securities Lending Documentation, Swap Regulation, Structured Products & Credit Derivatives, or Prime Brokerage & Trading Agreements.
Ideal backgrounds include
- Partners, counsel, and senior associates in the structured finance and derivatives groups of leading law firms
- Attorneys at structured finance specialist and mid-size firms
- In-house derivatives and structured finance counsel at banks and market infrastructure
- Attorneys at securitization and derivatives regulators
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluent English reading and writing skills
- Based in the United States
- JD from a leading US law school and currently practicing
- 5+ years of experience in structured finance and derivatives or a closely related field
- Deep expertise in at least one of the listed areas of structured finance and derivatives
