We are looking to expand our team of expert consultants with Banking, Finance & Restructuring Attorneys for part-time, fully remote work supporting frontier AI research. Projects start at $125-200 USD / hour, and the bracket can be flexible depending on the task.
This role includes evaluating and pressure-testing leading AI models on expert-level banking, finance, and restructuring knowledge, creating and verifying graduate-level problems and worked solutions, and assessing whether AI-generated reasoning meets the standards of a trained banking, finance, and restructuring attorney.

Who We're Looking For
You are a practicing attorney with 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Leveraged & Acquisition Finance, Syndicated & Bilateral Corporate Lending, Asset-Based, Borrowing-Base & Commodity Finance, Direct Lending & Private Credit, Fund Finance, Bank Regulatory & Financial Institutions Advice, Chapter 11 Debtor-Side Restructuring, Creditor-Side Restructuring, DIP & Exit Financing, Out-of-Court Workouts & Liability Management, Distressed M&A & Section 363 Sales, or Cross-Border Insolvency in US Courts.
Ideal backgrounds include
- Partners, counsel, and senior associates in the finance and restructuring groups of leading law firms
- Attorneys at restructuring and credit specialist firms
- In-house counsel at banks and private credit funds
- Attorneys at bankruptcy and bank regulatory agencies with deep restructuring or financial institutions experience
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluent English reading and writing skills
- Based in the United States
- JD from a leading US law school and currently practicing
- 5+ years of experience in banking, finance, or restructuring or a closely related field
- Deep expertise in at least one of the listed areas of banking, finance, and restructuring
