- Assist with third-party service providers, including food services, pantry services, fitness services, banking, commuter programs, car wash services, and other employee amenities, ensuring issues are documented and follow-up is completed.
- Support invoice, purchase order, accrual, billing, and budget tracking processes by collecting details, routing approvals, reconciling vendor questions, and helping keep records organized.
- Work cross-functionally with internal partners and business leaders to understand day-to-day needs, coordinate logistics, and keep stakeholders updated.
- Help prepare simple reports, recap documents, business correspondence, signage language, employee communications, and procedure updates as needed.
- Conduct periodic field checks and walkthroughs to confirm services, pantries, meeting spaces, signage, and employee-facing programs are operating as expected.
- Use feedback, service data, and recurring issues to identify process improvements, improve response times, and support a better workplace experience.
