Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Vice President of Operations to lead and optimize our organization’s operational functions. This pivotal role involves driving operational excellence initiatives, overseeing large-scale organizational change management, and steering business development efforts. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will shape strategic planning, manage comprehensive business operations, and ensure the seamless execution of projects that propel the company toward its growth objectives. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Lead large-scale organizational change management initiatives to adapt to evolving market conditions and internal growth.
- Oversee business development management efforts to identify new opportunities, expand market presence, and strengthen client relationships.
- Manage business operations including process improvement, project management, and operational analysis to optimize workflows and resource allocation.
- Drive operational excellence initiatives by establishing best practices, benchmarking performance metrics, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead executive-level team management by supervising senior leaders across departments, providing strategic guidance, and promoting leadership development.
- Oversee budget management, forecasting, profit and loss analysis, and financial management to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainable growth.
- Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders through verbal communication with executives, presenting insights on operational performance and strategic plans.
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes to inform strategic management and operational improvements.
- Manage large-scale programs and projects from inception through execution while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Experience
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles with extensive supervising experience in operations management or related fields.
- Demonstrated success in leading operational excellence initiatives and large-scale organizational change management projects.
- Strong background in business development management, strategic planning, and business operations oversight.
- Expertise in budget management, forecasting, financial analysis including profit and loss analysis.
- Skilled in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is highly desirable.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills suited for engaging with executives at all levels; ability to present complex data clearly and persuasively.
- Extensive experience managing cross-functional teams within fast-paced environments; ability to foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of program management tools and project management best practices to ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.

Pay: $450,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
