We are PMG
PMG, a global independent platform company engineered for impact, integrates business strategy, media, creative, and data within a single operating model powered by our proprietary operating system, Alli. With more than 1,000 employees, PMG partners with brands including Apple, Nike, Dropbox, Experian, Sephora, and Whole Foods. Our work has earned top industry honors, including Cannes Lions and Adweek’s Media Plan of the Year, and PMG has won 40+ workplace culture awards, including being the only company to rank among Ad Age’s Best Places to Work for 11 consecutive years.
Who You Will Be Working With
At PMG, you’ll be part of a hands-on Commerce group—marketers, operators, analysts, and creatives who care about people as much as performance. You’ll partner closely with Retail Operations, Retail Media, Strategy, and Creative teammates to shape how products show up across marketplaces and how shoppers experience each PDP from first glance to purchase.
Day to day, you’ll collaborate with client partners and PMG leads to turn insights into action—aligning catalog health, PDP content, pricing, and promotions so everything works in sync. You’ll have supportive leaders, modern tools, and plenty of space to share ideas, mentor others, and keep raising the bar on what “retail ready” looks like.
If you’re excited about building strong client relationships, collaborating across teams, and helping brands achieve meaningful growth through smart, connected commerce, this is the place to do your best work. As a Lead in Retail Services, you’ll feel right at home here.
What You Will Do
- Lead the strategy and execution of catalog and PDP optimization across an entire brand portfolio or client category.
- Architect scalable listing frameworks that reflect marketplace SEO, UX best practices, and real conversion drivers.
- Manage promotional planning and ensure PDP content, pricing, and inventory align with promotional timelines across sales channels.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to design and implement strategic upgrades that improve catalog health and retail readiness.
- Identify systemic listing or promotion issues and build clear remediation playbooks the team can run with.
- Guide junior team members in advanced PDP optimization, promotion scheduling, and retail readiness diagnostics.
- Serve as the go-to subject matter expert on content strategy and promotional enablement for marketplace growth.
What You Will Bring
- 4+ years of experience in Client Strategy, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experienced in catalog architecture planning and SEO-focused enhancement strategies.
- Experienced designing promotion strategies for both event-based moments and evergreen programs.
- Deep knowledge of Seller Central/Vendor Central content workflows and best practices.
- Experienced partnering with Media and Creative to ensure PDPs are truly “launch ready.”
- Experienced Momentum super-user (or similar internal tooling) for content scoring and tracking.
- Experienced using Excel and Looker/Looker Studio dashboards to monitor content performance and surface clear next steps.
- A commitment to curiosity and adaptability as a Continual Learner, staying at the forefront of media innovation while prioritizing client success with a Customer-Focused mindset that seeks opportunities to deliver meaningful value.
- A dedication to People-Focused leadership, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth by leading by example and nurturing strong relationships that empower others to excel.
