About this Role

Our Solutions Consultant (SC) is a key aspect of our sales team, working to ensure our prospects and partners have a strong understanding of the value that the Arkestro platform provides.. Our customer experience and overall success begins with the solution consultants and we strive for a superior experience. The SC works in partnership with an Account Executive to make sure that Arkestro customers understand from their first contact point that they are working with a different type of company and solution.

Our SC’s are the type of people that once they find a problem, they cannot let go of that problem until they have found the right solution for the customer. This may require having expert knowledge of what the platform can do, but it may also require the ability to think outside the box and problem solve in new and creative ways. Above all, it requires the ability to understand a customer’s pain points and success factors so that they may craft a solution that meets those needs. Our SC’s favorite words are ‘How?’ and ‘Why?’ as they try to focus their passion for understanding on how and why our prospects do the things the way they do. They learn their business so that they can best articulate how Arkestro will provide them with the solution they need.

Working for a Series A startup is not for everyone. It requires a desire to build from the ground up. That is easy to say and harder to do. It requires working within ambiguity, and a selfless dedication to do whatever it takes to make the customer successful. However, the results, if you are the right minded person, are incredibly rewarding. Beyond potential financial gain, there is large personal growth with deep job satisfaction as you can step back and admire what you and the team built together.
