We are looking to expand our team of expert consultants with Education & Childcare Attorneys for part-time, fully remote work supporting frontier AI research. Projects start at $125–200 USD / hour, and the bracket can be flexible depending on the task.
This role includes evaluating and pressure-testing leading AI models on expert-level education law knowledge, creating and verifying graduate-level problems and worked solutions, and assessing whether AI-generated reasoning meets the standards of a trained education law attorney.

Who We're Looking For
You are a practicing attorney with 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Title IX and Campus Misconduct, Clery Act and Civil Rights Compliance, K-12 Special Education, Student Discipline and Student Rights, School District Governance, Higher Education Governance and Accreditation, Faculty, Tenure, and Academic Freedom, Federal Student Aid and Education Funding Compliance, Athletics and NCAA Matters, or Child Care Licensing and Early Education Regulation.
Ideal backgrounds include
- Partners, counsel, and senior associates in the education and higher education groups of leading law firms
- Attorneys at K-12 and education specialist firms
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluent English reading and writing skills
- Based in the United States
- JD and currently practicing
- 5+ years of experience in education law or a closely related field
- Deep expertise in at least one of the listed areas
