Role description
6senseOur Mission:
6sense's mission is to multiply what matters: growth, retention, and efficiency. We envision a future where companies, teams and people reach their full potential.
Our People:
People are the heart and soul of 6sense. We serve with passion and purpose. We live by our Being 6sense values of Win as One Team, Stay Curious, Do The Right Thing, Own the Outcome, and Create Belonging. Every 6sensor plays a part in defining the future of our industry-leading technology. 6sense is a place where difference-makers roll up their sleeves, take risks, act with integrity, and measure success by the value we create for our customers. We want 6sense to be the best chapter of your career.
Product Lead, Predictive Platform
Are you a strategic thinker with a deep background in predictive modeling and a passion for leading teams? At 6sense, our differentiation is built on our ability to accurately predict intent and buyer behavior. We are looking for a Product Lead to own our Predictive Platform—the foundational engine that powers our entire intelligence layer and defines how the world's leading B2B brands identify their next customers.
This is a Player/Coach role. You will be the primary driver of our core predictive foundation and cross-model initiatives while simultaneously serving as the people manager and program leader for a specialized pod of Product Managers. You will oversee the roadmap for how we train, measure, and scale the models that power everything from Fit and Intent to Engagement and Triage.
Why 6sense?
- AI That Builds Pipe, Not Hype: Our Revenue AI™ identifies accounts ready to buy, crafts the right message, and qualifies meetings automatically. We don’t just surface data—we deliver intelligence and action.
- Crack the Dark Funnel™: Less than 3% of buyers engage early. We uncover hidden buying signals, decode the “breadcrumb trails,” and help revenue teams connect with buyers in ways they never could before.
- Orchestrate the Full Journey: From dynamic audience creation to multi-channel engagement, we empower marketers to reach the right accounts, at the right time, with the right message—across advertising, email, web, and sales.
- Arm Operations Teams: Integrate insights, centralize audience creation, and maximize impact by connecting 6sense with your tech stack. We’re the single canvas for your entire GTM strategy.
Your Impact
As Product Lead, Predictive Platform, you will:
- Lead and Scale a Specialized Pod. Act as a formal people manager for a pod of Product Managers focused on specialized modeling and intelligence initiatives. You will be responsible for their growth, performance, and alignment with the broader intelligence strategy.
- Own the Core Predictive Foundation. Personally drive the strategy for our core models. You will define the roadmap for how these models are consumed by downstream applications across the entire 6sense ecosystem.
- Drive Cross-Model Initiatives. Establish the global standards and methodologies for ongoing model training, feedback loops, and accuracy measurement to ensure our predictions remain the industry benchmark.
- Maximize Model Leverage. Enforce a "build once, use everywhere" philosophy, ensuring that platform engines provide maximum value to all surface apps and specialized use cases.
- Be a Strategic Partner to Leadership. Partner directly with the Head of Intelligence Product to align the predictive roadmap with company strategy, surfacing model risks early and identifying opportunities for portfolio tradeoffs.
Strategic Themes You'll Drive
- Customer Trust and Reliability. Drive the strategy for building high-integrity intelligence that is trusted by enterprise leaders and adapts to a wide range of global business requirements.
- Leveraged Engine Strategy. Move toward an operating model where core predictive engines are seamlessly consumed by all App teams, reducing duplication and accelerating time-to-market.
- Data-to-Model Integrity. Ensure the connective tissue between our data foundation and our predictive layer is robust and high performing.
What You'll Bring
- People Leadership. Proven experience building and leading product teams. You know how to coach PMs through complex roadmaps and create a culture of high accountability.
- Predictive Product Mastery. Deep expertise in predictive modeling, machine learning lifecycles, and data science collaboration from a product perspective. You have a track record of shipping complex ML-driven products at scale.
- Operating Rigor. You build operating rhythms that turn messy data and model dependencies into clean execution. You focus on the methodologies that ensure long-term product performance.
- B2B Mindset. Strong understanding of B2B data models and how predictive scoring drives GTM outcomes.
- Experience. 8-10+ years in Product Management, with a focus on AI, ML, or Data Science products, including 3-5+ years of formal people management experience.
Why You’ll Love This Role
- Impact: Your work creates the Predictive Core for the entire company, ensuring our foundational modeling engines remain the most accurate and trusted in the B2B market.
- Innovation: You will define the Predictive Lifecycle Strategy, building the architectural leverage that allows our modeling teams to move from discovery to platform-wide deployment with high velocity.
- Growth: Join a rocket ship, learn every day, and accelerate your career in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
- Fun: We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. Expect GIFs, puns, and the occasional ABM meme.
