We are looking to expand our team of expert consultants with Consumer & Tech Regulation Attorneys for part-time, fully remote work supporting frontier AI research. Projects start at $125–200 USD / hour, and the bracket can be flexible depending on the task.
This role includes evaluating and pressure-testing leading AI models on expert-level consumer protection and technology regulation knowledge, creating and verifying graduate-level problems and worked solutions, and assessing whether AI-generated reasoning meets the standards of a trained consumer and technology regulatory attorney.

Who We're Looking For
You are a practicing attorney with 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: FTC and State Attorney General Consumer Protection, Privacy Law, Data Security and Breach Response, Children's and Teens' Online Privacy and Safety, AI Regulation and Algorithmic Accountability, Adtech and Online Advertising, Platform and Content Regulation, E-Commerce and Subscription Rules, or Technology Regulatory Counseling.
Ideal backgrounds include
- Partners, counsel, and senior associates in the privacy and technology regulatory groups of leading law firms
- Attorneys at other ranked and specialist privacy and consumer regulatory firms
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluent English reading and writing skills
- Based in the United States
- JD and currently practicing
- 5+ years of experience in consumer protection and technology regulation or a closely related field
- Deep expertise in at least one of the listed areas
