Key Responsibilities
Web Development: Develop and maintain the primary demo web application and portal, along with vertical-specific “fictional customer” sites (e.g., banking, healthcare, retail) that support storytelling and showcase Genesys capabilities. Use modern web technologies to create polished, immersive digital experiences that bring demo use cases to life.
AI Adoption & Automation: Integrate AI into daily workflows, demo creation, automation, and internal tooling. Leverage Genesys AI, LLMs, and MCP to streamline processes, enhance troubleshooting, accelerate content creation, and build AI-driven demo experiences, identify opportunities where AI adds meaningful value.
Demo Development: Design and maintain compelling Genesys Cloud demonstrations that highlight platform capabilities. Build end-to-end use cases, integrate APIs, and develop realistic workflows that support strong technical storytelling. Continuously update demos to align with product enhancements and customer expectations.
