US Trainer

About Wheely

Wheely is redefining premium transportation across major cities in Europe, the US, and the Middle East. We blend cutting-edge technology with the craft of five-star chauffeuring to deliver an experience trusted by more than 100,000 active riders and 1,200 corporate accounts.

We’re a profitable, fast-growing scale-up with $43M raised and over $100M in annual revenue. Having recently launched in New York City, we’re expanding rapidly across the US and EMEA. If you take pride in your craft and want to help shape the next chapter of our growth, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a US Trainer, you will own and protect the quality of Wheely’s service, ensuring our chauffeur partners consistently deliver an exceptional, five-star luxury experience.

Working closely with local operations teams and our global headquarters, you will design, deliver, and continuously refine training content for our chauffeur fleet. This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of chauffeur training, assessments, and service quality, helping uphold and elevate Wheely’s standards across the US.

This is a fantastic opportunity for hospitality professionals looking to transition into the tech sector. You will enjoy more regular hours without losing the fast-paced, luxury-service style of working. You will combine your expertise in luxury hospitality with a practical, operational approach, directly influencing the quality of service delivered to our passengers.

We regularly recruit experienced leaders from five-star hospitality brands such as Four Seasons and Jumeirah, as well as from premium airline and private aviation environments, including Emirates. These professionals thrive at Wheely by applying rigorous hospitality standards in a fast-moving, operationally focused setting. Our partnership with Forbes Travel Guide further reinforces our commitment to world-class training and service excellence.

This is not a traditional HR or classroom-only L&D role. You will be deeply embedded in operations, working directly with chauffeurs, assessing real-world performance, and intervening where standards are not met. Your work will play a critical role in protecting Wheely’s reputation and ensuring a consistently exceptional passenger experience as the business grows.
