Senior Manager, Enterprise Change Management

Be the one building AI-powered experiences where they matter most.

At Genesys, we help organizations create better customer experiences through AI-powered experience orchestration. Our platform connects people, systems, data and AI to help organizations deliver more personalized service, improve operational efficiency and build stronger customer relationships.

Help build, support and operate technology used by more than 8,000 organizations in over 100 countries – moving AI from possibility to production in real-world enterprise environments every day.

Let's be honest—traditional change management isn't enough anymore. Static frameworks, one-size-fits-all playbooks, and linear change models weren't built for a world where AI is transforming how we work, organizations are constantly evolving, and employees expect personalized, intuitive experiences.

At Genesys, we believe it's time for something better.

We're building the next evolution of change—transforming change from a project-based discipline into an intelligent, connected enterprise capability that enables people, leaders, and the business to navigate continuous transformation with confidence. Instead of treating change as a series of isolated projects, we're creating a system that powers how change is designed, experienced, and sustained across the enterprise.

Our ambition is simple: help our employees thrive in a fast-moving, ever-changing world.

That means creating personalized experiences, equipping leaders to lead with confidence, leveraging AI and data to anticipate needs, and embedding change into the way we work—not just the work we do.

This is the Genesys Way of Change—our modern approach to designing, leading, and delivering transformation in an AI-First world. We aren't interested in applying yesterday's frameworks; we're creating what's next. A change capability that is measurable, human-centered, intelligent, and continuously evolving, enabling our people and our business to adapt faster, innovate boldly, and thrive together.

As a Senior Manager, Enterprise Change Management, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing this vision to life.
