We are looking to expand our team of expert consultants with Capital Markets Attorneys for part-time, fully remote work supporting frontier AI research. Projects start at $95–115 USD / hour, and the bracket can be flexible depending on the task.
This role includes evaluating and pressure-testing leading AI models on expert-level capital markets knowledge, creating and verifying graduate-level problems and worked solutions, and assessing whether AI-generated reasoning meets the standards of a trained capital markets attorney.

Who We're Looking For
You are a practicing attorney with 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: IPOs & Follow-On Offerings, Shelf, ATM & Registered Direct Offerings, Investment Grade Debt Offerings, High Yield Debt Offerings & Acquisition Financing, Rule 144A, Regulation S & Private Placements, Convertible & Preferred Securities, SPAC IPOs & De-SPAC Transactions, Exchange Offers & Consent Solicitations, Spin-Offs & IPO Carve-Outs, or SEC Disclosure & Public Company Compliance.
Ideal backgrounds include
- Partners, counsel, and senior associates in the capital markets groups of leading law firms
- Attorneys at growth-company, SPAC, and specialist capital markets firms
- In-house capital markets counsel at banks and financial institutions
- Attorneys at securities regulators with deep disclosure and registration experience
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluent English reading and writing skills
- Based in the United States
- JD from a leading US law school and currently practicing
- 5+ years of experience in capital markets or a closely related field
- Deep expertise in at least one of the listed areas of capital markets
