Customer Success Manager

You will own our relationships with the practices we work with. You will get new customers live, keep them happy, and bring what they tell you back to the team.

You have 3+ years in customer success or account management. Healthcare or revenue cycle experience helps.

Hybrid in San Francisco. $170K to $210K base, 0.1% to 0.3% equity. US-based candidates with existing US work authorization only; we do not sponsor visas.
