Our mission is to give everyone the freedom to live where they want, when they want. For guests, Ohana provides the freedom to transition to the place they want to live; for hosts, the peace of mind that their rent is covered by a trusted subtenant.
Founded in 2023, we're backed by Neo, Wave Capital, Lightbank, and 75 & Sunny — including Zillow's co-founder & CEO and Airbnb's Head of Payments, Data Science, Engineering, and M&A.

You'll work directly with the co-founders on the most important parts of the business and help oversee a growing team of 20+ people across the world.

Build and implement new operational workflows as the business scales.
