Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead marketing strategy, strengthen brand positioning, and drive sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong executive leadership skills, strategic marketing expertise, and a proven track record of successful market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute company-wide marketing strategies aligned with business objectives

Lead brand development, digital marketing, and market expansion initiatives

Oversee customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies

Manage marketing budgets, campaign performance, and return on investment

Lead marketing teams and coordinate cross-functional initiatives

Collaborate with executive leadership to support business growth and strategic partnerships

Qualifications

Minimum 12 years of progressive marketing management and leadership experience

Proven success in marketing strategy, brand development, and business growth

Strong background in financial services, investment management, or fintech preferred

Extensive knowledge of digital marketing, market research, and customer acquisition

Excellent strategic planning, financial management, and decision-making skills

Strong executive leadership, communication, and team management abilities

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

Pay: $230,000.00 - $270,000.00 per year
