Every investment, launch and expansion is a bet on how people will behave, and the world spends over $150 billion a year researching those bets. All of that research will be done by agents, and whoever builds the system that runs it will be one of the defining companies of the AI era. We intend to be that company.

Our agents run the whole research process, from deciding who to ask to analysing the answers. Each conversation feeds simulations of entire markets, so decisions can be tested before they’re made.

To get there, we’re building a small team of exceptional people. We stay lean by design, so every person shapes what LATO becomes: a generational company, and the best work of your career.

What you’ll do

• show a fund what LATO can do on a deal they care about, and turn that first study into a signed contract
• own getting each customer live, happy and excited to expand, and help their teams get to the truth as they use LATO - framing the right questions, picking who to hear from and getting the most out of what comes back
• make LATO part of how the whole fund works, then shape the product for every new customers - portfolio companies, hedge funds, private credit, consultants, enterprises and more

You might be a good fit if you have

• consulting, private equity or investment banking experience: you’re as comfortable working through a thesis as you are running a conversation with a fund partner
• a customer-obsessed and entrepreneurial mentality: you operate with founder-level ownership and don’t wait for permission to solve problems
• a relentlessly curious mindset: you’re always learning, especially how to apply AI best
