• Performance Readouts: prepare recurring performance readouts and scorecards for marketing leadership, keeping numbers accurate, current, and easy to act on.
• KPI & Metrics Alignment: work with marketers to define the key metrics and KPIs for each program, and document definitions, data sources, and methodologies so reporting stays consistent.
• Data Hygiene & Quality: check data for gaps, anomalies, and inconsistencies before it reaches reports, and track down the cause with the owners of each tool.
• Insights & Recommendations: present findings clearly to non-technical teammates, with a recommendation attached.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: perform other ad hoc analyses as needed.
