About the Position

As a Senior Product Manager at Vetcove, you’ll be at the heart of enhancing and scaling the platforms that power veterinary clinics and their pet parents. You will drive cross-functional alignment, lead complex initiatives, and proactively identify opportunities to improve user experience, operational efficiency, and long-term platform scalability. You will monitor product performance and feedback, oversee robust quality assurance processes, and remove roadblocks that impact customer growth and retention. You will work closely with internal team members including account managers, onboarding associates, engineering, data, design, and support. You will also build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including veterinary clinics and pet parents. You will play a critical role in defining product vision, evaluating tradeoffs, and assessing strengths, opportunities, and risks associated with software products and services.

This isn’t just another product role—it’s an opportunity to shape the long-term strategy of a platform trusted by thousands of veterinary professionals. If you're passionate about solving meaningful challenges at scale, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable business impact, we’d love to have you on board.
